Position

Description:

The Shared Services Account Coordinator is responsible for providing comprehensive support throughout the submission process for the advisors they serve, with a primary focus on investment business. As the program continues to grow, this role will evolve to include oversight and coordination of the submission process across a team of associates.

Key areas of responsibility:
  • Manage the creation, submission, and follow‑up of new business applications through final completion
  • Contact clients to gather information, pre‑populate paperwork, and resolve any discrepancies
  • Serve as the primary liaison between Advisors and Home Office Underwriting/broker‑dealer partners
  • Proactively monitor and follow up on pending applications to support the underwriting and account opening processes
  • Provide assistance and backup support to other Client Account Coordinators as needed.
  • Support the training of new Client Account Coordinators, Advisors, and Advisor Support Staff
  • Diligently maintain accurate, real‑time case status updates within Salesforce
  • Promptly respond to Advisor inquiries regarding new business submissions and case follow‑up
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities
  • Assist with general office operations, including administrative tasks, mailings, and other assigned duties
  • Contribute to the development and tracking of program metrics and performance measures
  • Support special projects and other duties as assigned
Qualifications/ Requirements:
  • Life, Accident, and Health Insurance License and/or FINRA Series 6/7 License preferred
  • Salesforce experience preferred
  • Highly organized to meet concurrent project deadlines
  • Must have strong communication, leadership, client service and analytical skills
  • Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment
  • Ability to work independently while impacting team results
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Exceptionally professional and organized
  • Extremely detail‑oriented
  • Ability to collaborate with others, build and maintain relationships
  • Ability to use discretion and maintain client confidentiality
