Work Schedule:

Ally designates roles as (1) fully on-site, (2) hybrid, or (3) fully remote. Hybrid roles are generally expected to be in the office a certain number of days per week as indicated by your manager. Your hiring manager will discuss this role's specific work requirements with you during the hiring process. All work requirements are subject to change at any time based on leader discretion and/or business need.

The Details

Internship Program Timing:
May 25 – July 30, 2027 40 hours each week with a mix of in-office and remote working days.

Project-based work Market competitive hourly compensation and a sign‑on bonus, as well as financial housing assistance for those who qualify. Successful interns will have the opportunity to return to Ally in an Early Talent Program or full‑time role, or to a second internship, depending upon graduation timing.

The Risk internship program

The Risk internship program is comprised of opportunities within the Independent Risk Management (IRM) function, which is responsible for independently reviewing risks, and providing credible challenge to business line management of risk and systems of control. This program works closely with the Compliance business line.
