Build meaningful association relationships while positioning yourself for a future leadership opportunity within a specialized Associations and Affinity Groups insurance practice. This permanent full-time role offers the chance to own strategic member programs, lead complex renewals, partner with association leaders and insurer partners, and contribute to the continued growth of the Quebec portfolio. The successful candidate will act as a senior resource within the practice, drive program performance and member value, and progressively demonstrate the leadership, strategic contribution, business impact, and readiness required for potential advancement toward a future Practice Leader opportunity.

What is in it for you:

• Annual salary of 90K-110K, based on experience.

• Annual qualitative discretionary bonus is up to 12% of base salary and an uncapped variable bonus based on team performance, including revenue growth over the prior year.

• Permanent full-time position.

• Standard schedule from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.

• 40-hour work week with a 1-hour unpaid lunch break.

• Hybrid work environment with approximately 90% remote work and 10% in-office attendance for team meetings and events.

• Quarterly travel to Quebec required as part of the role.
