Digital Product Analyst

Position: Digital Product Analyst Hybrid Role

CGL is seeking a Digital Product Analyst with 2-4 years in product and data analysis. Your primary goal will be to bridge the gap between business requirements and actionable insights. By gathering and validating key information, you will support our CRM product enhancements and overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop deep understanding of CRM products and customer journeys

• Analyze operational data to identify trends and opportunities

• Support CRM enhancements with impact assessments and gap analyses

• Create reports and dashboards to monitor product performance

• Maintain collaborative relationships with stakeholders across functions

Requirements:

• 2-4 years in Product/Business Analysis or Data Analytics

• Experience in documenting and validating business requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field

• Knowledge of business analysis methodologies and CRM tools

• CBAP or CCBA designation considered an asset
