The Organizational Change Management Consultant is a full-time, hybrid role based in the San Francisco Bay Area, with flexibility for partial work from home. This role is responsible for planning and executing change management strategies for Oracle Cloud and related technology implementations, ensuring smooth adoption across business units. Day-to-day tasks include assessing change impacts, developing communication and training plans, creating stakeholder engagement strategies, and supporting leaders in driving behavioral and process changes.

The consultant will collaborate closely with project managers, functional and technical teams, and client stakeholders to align change initiatives with project timelines and business objectives. The role also involves measuring change effectiveness, gathering feedback, and continuously refining change plans to improve user adoption and business outcomes.

• Change management and transformation skills, including experience with organizational change frameworks, stakeholder analysis, impact assessments, and resistance management.
• Communication and training skills, such as developing clear messaging, creating training materials, facilitating workshops, and delivering presentations to diverse audiences.
• Consulting and project delivery skills, including client-facing experience, requirements gathering, solution recommendations, and coordination with cross-functional implementation teams.
• Process and business analysis skills, including the ability to map current and future-state processes, identify gaps, and translate business needs into actionable change plans.
• Experience in or familiarity with Oracle Cloud applications (SCM, ERP, EPM, CX, PLM) and related transformation programs is highly beneficial.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data and feedback to evaluate change effectiveness and refine strategies.
• Proven ability to work in a hybrid environment, manage multiple priorities, and build trusted relationships with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
