Compensation: Potential commissions of $35,000–$70,000 annually
Position: 1099 independent contractor
Mattis Travel is seeking an empathetic, detail-oriented advisor to help individuals and families plan vacations around their unique needs. The role may include researching accessible accommodations, mobility considerations, sensory-friendly options, family-friendly resorts, cruises, transportation, and multigenerational activities.
The advisor will listen carefully to clients, research appropriate suppliers, prepare customized recommendations, document requested accommodations, coordinate approved bookings, and assist clients before and after departure.
The position is commission-only, with no guaranteed income or client volume. The advertised range is potential annual earnings. Discounts and familiarization travel depend on supplier eligibility and availability.
Position Requirements
High School,
Less than 1 Year
work experience Requirements and skills:
- Must be 18 or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Active listening and compassionate customer service
- Strong research and organizational abilities
- Respect for client privacy and confidentiality
- Reliable computer, telephone, and internet
- Ability to work independently and complete training
