** This class of Pathfinders will start on October 8, 2026. The class will be focused on developing Operations Leaders, The Residents eventually land at one of our Profit Centers and NOT in a Corporate department position.*
Role Overview :Riverstone’s Management Trainee (Pathfinder) Program is designed to develop future leaders in our organization. This structured program provides hands‑on experience across various business functions, equipping trainees with the skills and knowledge necessary for leadership roles. Trainees will participate in rotational assignments, receive mentorship, and undergo professional development to prepare them for managerial responsibilities. This role is meant to develop future leaders in the field of operations and other areas of a 3PL business.
The training program is a 12-month rotational program with formal assessments conducted on progression and demonstrated proficiencies at several different intervals.
