Work Schedule :
Ally designates roles as (1) fully on-site, (2) hybrid, or (3) fully remote. Hybrid roles are generally expected to be in the office a certain number of days per week as indicated by your manager. Your hiring manager will discuss this role's specific work requirements with you during the hiring process. All work requirements are subject to change at any time based on leader discretion and/or business need.

The Ally Internship Program guides and mentors students with development opportunities and experiences that support your career interests while also driving the business forward. You'll have the opportunity to connect with diverse teams and functions across the company. You will interact with Ally's leadership and learn from their personal successes. As part of our Internship Program, you will have an opportunity to:

• Have hands on experience and project‑based work
• Attend Orientation, Executive Speaking Series, and learning sessions as an Intern cohort
• Participate in Mentoring Program and Giving Back Events
• Network with your peers, your team, and those Allys you find interesting
• Lead an end of assignment presentation

Internship Program Timing:
May 21 - July 31, 2027 (tentative)

40 hours each week with a mix of in‑office and remote working days

Project‑based work

Market competitive hourly compensation and a sign‑on bonus, as well as financial housing assistance for those who qualify

Successful interns will have the opportunity to return to Ally in an Early Talent Program or full‑time role, or to a second internship, depending upon graduation timing.

Consumer Banking is all about the customer. For the Talent, Development & Engagement team our customer is the employee as we strive to develop and engage those who serve our customers daily.

• Learn about the Talent, Development & Engagement team and understand how we support business partners across Consumer Banking.
• Assist in building and maintaining program operations infrastructure, including tracking tools, communications, and materials that support a high‑quality employee experience.
• Partner with HR and business line stakeholders to contribute to talent strategy projects, such as program support and engagement initiatives.
