** JOB OVERVIEW:
** This position is responsible for driving enterprise-wide operational excellence through leveraging Lean Six Sigma, AI, automation, and digital innovation capabilities. The Senior AI Transformation & Process Excellence Manager is a strategic business transformation leader will report to the Sr Director, Process Excellence.  This role partners with our Global Distribution Group (GDG) Executive Leadership Team, business functions, and technology teams to identify, prioritize, and deliver transformational initiatives that simplify work, improve productivity, and accelerate value creation.

This position combines process excellence, continuous improvement, AI strategy, intelligent automation, consulting and organizational change management to support enterprise transformation across multiple business units, shared services, and corporate  this role, you will serve as a strategic transformation leader, partnering across the enterprise to simplify processes, accelerate AI and automation adoption, improve organizational performance, ultimately delivering measurable business value.

* KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

* ** Enterprise Transformation Leadership:
** lead enterprise-wide transformation initiatives by partnering with executive leadership to design scalable operating models that improve business performance and organizational effectiveness.
* ** Process Improvement & Operational Excellence:
** drive continuous improvement through Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and strategic business consulting to solve complex operational challenges
* ** AI & Intelligent Automation:
** identify, prioritize, and help implement AI, automation, and digital solutions which would include leveraging generative AI, AI Agents, RPA and workflow automation with a goal of simplifying work and improving productivity
* ** Automation Governance:
** support the establishment of enterprise governance for AI and automation by helping to define standards, prioritization criteria, business case development, risk management, and benefit realization to ensure scalable and sustainable adoption
* ** Organizational Change & Adoption:
** Champion Change Management, communications, training, and knowledge management initiatives that accelerate adoption of new technologies and build a digitally enabled workforce
* ** Business Performance & Value Realization:
** measure and sustain business value through KPI development, ROI tracking, performance dashboards, and executive reporting to ensure transformation initiatives deliver measurable business outcomes.
* ** Strategic Facilitation:
** Strategic Kaizen facilitation of workshops and other team sessions involving cross-functional subject matter experts on specific business processes and operational
* ** Data-Driven Decision-Making:
** utilize data and metrics to identify trends, measure success, and make informed recommendations for continuous improvement
* ** Process Analysis:
** analyze existing workflows and processes to identify areas for improvement, implementing changes that enhance operational efficiency and drive overall performance improvements.
* ** Continuous Improvement Culture:
** instill and promote a culture of continuous improvement throughout the organization, encouraging TSMs at all levels to actively contribute to the evolution and refinement of processes.
** SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE &

SKILLS:

*** Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification (required)
* Experience leading enterprise process transformation and operational excellence initiatives
* Strong business consulting and executive facilitation skills
* Experience leveraging AI solutions, generative AI, automation platforms, RPA, workflow automation or process mining
* Experience evaluating AI, automation or RPA opportunities and developing business cases
* Understanding of change management and organizational adoption methodologies
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to drive business decisions
* Strong communication, storytelling, and presentation skills
* Experience working across multiple business functions and executive stakeholders
* Results focused, high proficiency to identify, baseline and measure improvement results showing the value of our engagements
