North Star Memorial Group is seeking a bilingual Funeral Home Office Manager at Westchester Funeral Home who thrives in a structured, fast-paced environment and can confidently lead a team. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-driven, and comfortable generating reports, processing payments, and overseeing multiple operational workflows.

• Review and manage bank deposits, checks, accounts receivable reports, and purchasing reports to ensure accuracy and adherence to company policies.
• Generate and review weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports, including Board Volume, aged accounts receivable, and merchandise trust reports.
• Coordinate order processing and manage inventory control for caskets, urns, and related merchandise.
• Complete reconciliations, license renewals, inventory verification, and other high-level administrative tasks.

• 3+ years in an administrative leadership or management role
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, and Power Point
