Lead Product Manager at Baires Dev

As a Lead Product Manager, you will take ownership of the product lifecycle, from initial research to feature delivery. You will guide engineering teams by translating user needs into a clear, actionable vision that drives business value and enhances the user experience.

What You’ll Do
  • Define and maintain the product roadmap to align engineering efforts with strategic goals.
  • Oversee the product backlog, ensuring tasks are prioritized based on impact and feasibility.
  • Conduct comprehensive user research to identify pain points and opportunities for innovation.
  • Apply structured prioritization frameworks to manage competing stakeholder demands.
  • Facilitate seamless communication between technical teams and business stakeholders.
  • Drive the end-to-end delivery of high-quality features that meet market requirements.
What We Are Looking For
  • 6+ years of experience in Product Management or related roles.
  • Proven expertise in product backlog management and roadmap planning.
  • Extensive experience in conducting user research and applying prioritization frameworks.
  • Demonstrated ability in stakeholder management and feature delivery for engineering teams.
  • Advanced proficiency in English.
