Lead Product Manager at Baires Dev
As a Lead Product Manager, you will take ownership of the product lifecycle, from initial research to feature delivery. You will guide engineering teams by translating user needs into a clear, actionable vision that drives business value and enhances the user experience.
What You’ll Do- Define and maintain the product roadmap to align engineering efforts with strategic goals.
- Oversee the product backlog, ensuring tasks are prioritized based on impact and feasibility.
- Conduct comprehensive user research to identify pain points and opportunities for innovation.
- Apply structured prioritization frameworks to manage competing stakeholder demands.
- Facilitate seamless communication between technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Drive the end-to-end delivery of high-quality features that meet market requirements.
- 6+ years of experience in Product Management or related roles.
- Proven expertise in product backlog management and roadmap planning.
- Extensive experience in conducting user research and applying prioritization frameworks.
- Demonstrated ability in stakeholder management and feature delivery for engineering teams.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
- 100% remote work (from anywhere).
