In this role, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring Oyster meets its statutory Health Safety obligations in Spain. You’ll own the delivery of Spain’s occupational risk prevention requirements, including the design, implementation, and ongoing management of Oyster’s Internal Prevention Service (Servicio de Prevención Propio). You’ll have the independence, authority, and dedicated time needed to ensure we meet local regulatory expectations and maintain high standards of employee safety.

Alongside your core Spain remit, you’ll bring your expertise to Oyster’s global Health, Safety Environment (HSE) landscape, supporting teams and external partners across regions and countries. You’ll provide regional and global HSE guidance, share best practices, help strengthen consistent standards, and contribute to Oyster’s broader HSE strategy, while keeping Spain compliance firmly at the heart of the role.
