As a Climate and Decarbonization Strategy Associate in the Climate Corps Fellowship program, you’ll have the opportunity to contribute to impactful climate resiliency initiatives with JLL. This is a fully remote position with the ability to work from anywhere in the US.

In this role, you’ll play a crucial role at the forefront of corporate sustainability, helping major corporate and investor clients measure and manage the energy performance of their real estate portfolios. You'll dive deep with JLL's energy auditing team, transforming complex data into the actionable decarbonization roadmaps that guide properties toward a net‑zero future.

What You’ll Do

• Provide support to the climate and decarbonization team, specific to energy and decarbonization goals, collaborating with team members as needed.
• Leverage Microsoft Excel and additional 3rd Party analysis tools to support the team developing decarbonization pathways for corporate occupier and owner/investor real estate clients.
• Be accountable for collecting and reviewing energy use data; building information;
  Energy Star Portfolio Manager profile development; and regulatory compliance obligations.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to analyze utility data and determine upstream opportunities for energy reduction.
• Improve upon processes and procedures for data collection and monitoring to support data analytics.
• Research and stay current on regulatory issues to enhance efforts.
• Utilize JLL's AI tools to enhance efficiency.
• Establish and optimize strong working relationships with internal stakeholders.
• Demonstrate innovative thinking and proactive management in bringing new ideas and solutions to the service delivery.
