IT Project Management (PM) and Business Analyst (BA)

Compensation:$95,000–$115,000 annually, based on experience.

We are looking for a dedicated, data- driven and team-oriented Project Manager/Business Analyst (PM/BA) to join our Project Management Office.

The Project Manager/Business Analystin this rolei s an important project enablement specialist. The PM/BA guides IT and Enterprise projects from conception to delivery, acting as a collaboration liaison between the PMO,business leadership,and stakeholders. The successful candidateisachampionforcollaborativetransformationand change,detail-drivenand dynamic, with experience working inanoperationsand/or manufacturing- focused environment. The right candidate will be expert infacilitatingconversations to gather and document businessworkflows,defining project scopes, deliverables, and timelines, andmaintainingmultiple active projects,while ensuring that the needs of the business and business stakeholdersaremet.

Where a pay band is provided, actual pay may be above the listed range based on the individual's experience, education, certifications, knowledge, skills, and geography/work location. The listed range reflects what we reasonably expect to pay for this opportunity at the time of posting.

• 4+years of experience managing projects using Waterfall and Agile methodologies, including project planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery.
• Develop,maintain, and administer project plans, schedules, timelines, budgets, resource forecasts, and project documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Facilitate project status meetings and effectively communicate project progress, risks, issues, scope changes, and business impacts to stakeholders and leadership.
• Manage project artifacts including project plans, status reports, risk assessments, issue logs, change requests, requirements documentation, and traceability matrices.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, document, andvalidatebusiness and functional requirements, user stories, process flows, and standard operating procedures.
• Serve as an advocate for business users by supporting organizational change management efforts and driving process and technology transformation initiatives.
• Identify and recommend opportunities for continuous improvement through business analysis, data-driven insights, industry best practices, and stakeholder feedback.
