One Tech Company transformation, this leader will shape how Siemens engages the U.S. Federal Government market and orchestrates the pursuit of high-impact opportunities thatbenefitfrom coordination across businesses and functions. The role willestablisha focused U.S. Federal Government growth strategy, align stakeholders around shared priorities, and create a coordinated Siemens experience for federal customers and agencies.

You'llMake an Impact By:

  • Leading Siemens USA’s Federal Government growth strategy and business plan, informed by agency missions, procurement dynamics, market trends, customer needs, competitive insights, and the One Tech Company ambition.
  • Setting priorities across the U.S. Federal Government market, including civilian agencies, non-classified defense opportunities,classified and national security environments, andidentifiedadministration initiatives.
  • Identifying the limited set of major pursuits where cross-business coordination, executive sponsorship, or a unified Siemens approach can materially improve win strategy and execution.
  • Orchestrating strategic opportunity capture by aligning Siemens businesses, Siemens Government Technologies (SGT), Government Affairs, Legal and Compliance, communications, marketing, financing, consulting, and technical capabilities as appropriate.
  • Clarifying when Siemens should engage as a coordinated enterprise and when an opportunity should remain business-led, while respecting each business’s accountability for contracting, resources, execution, and P&L.
  • Developing and executing the U.S. Federal Government market plan, including priority agencies, target accounts, focus opportunities, ecosystem partners, channels, growth initiatives, and measurable execution actions.
  • Building and leading a cross-business Federal community that creates visibility, resolves dependencies, shares market intelligence, and strengthens collaboration across Siemens.
  • Establishing a repeatable governance cadence for major pursuits, including clear owners, risks, dependencies, decisions, milestones, and near-term actions.
  • Building trusted relationships with senior federal customers, ecosystem partners, consultants, and industry stakeholders while coordinating leadership engagement and external outreach across Siemens.
  • Translating federal mission needs and customer insights into enterprise actions, portfolio priorities, solution development, partnership choices, investment needs, and sales enablement.
  • Partnering with Legal, Compliance, Government Affairs, SGT, and business leaders to support appropriate engagement across civilian, defense, classified, and non-classified environments.
  • Representing Siemens in relevant industry forums, trade associations, events, and thought leadership activities in alignment with the company’s Federal strategy and applicable requirements.

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in the U.S. Federal Government market, with knowledge of agencies, departments, missions, buying centers, acquisition cycles, and procurement processes.
