Key Responsibilities:

* Schedule and coordinate HVAC system installations using Service Titan
* Review sales proposals in Service Titan for accuracy
* Coordinate with warehouse and install teams for job staging and load-outs
* Pull permits and ensure compliance with local codes
* Communicate with customers from post-sale through installation
* Monitor job progress and resolve scheduling or operational issues
* Coordinate inspections and job close-out
* Follow up and try to close unsold proposals

Qualifications:

* Maintain accurate job records, notes, and photos in Service Titan
* High school diploma or equivalent 3+ years of experience in HVAC, construction, or coordination role
* Experience with Service Titan or similar software (Required/Preferred)
* Knowledge of HVAC systems (Required/Preferred)
* Experience with permits and inspections

Compensation & Benefits:
* Pay Range: $50,000 – $65,000
