Responsibilities
The Tik Tok product team focuses on developing international video business and building industry‑leading products such as Live, local services, user growth, author products, search, and business analysis. In this internship you will work closely with product, design, and development teams to support end‑to‑end product design and launch, contribute to product decision making, and gain real‑world project experience.
- Assist the product manager in conducting product requirement research and analysis related to copyright management tools and copyright protection strategies, creating comprehensive product requirement documents.
- Actively collaborate with the copyright operations team, design team, and development team to ensure high‑quality launches throughout the end‑to‑end product design and development process.
- Support product decisions and strategy formulation through user research and data analysis.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any discipline.
- Able to commit to work on‑site 5 days per week and at least 3 months in duration.
- Strong execution skills with a sense of responsibility and ownership, capable of driving projects forward and solving problems promptly and efficiently.
- Ability to think logically and independently and excellent communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proficient in SQL with strong data analysis skills.
- Relevant internship experience in internet product positions.
- Passion for music and a good understanding of the music industry.
Hourly rate: $35 – $35 (Campus Intern). Interns receive day‑one access to health and life insurance, wellbeing benefits, 10 paid holidays per year, and paid sick time (56 hours if hired in the first half of the year, 40 if hired in the second half). Housing allowance may be available for non‑remote positions. The company reserves the right to modify or change these benefits at any time.
