We are seeking an Analyst with strong organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft platforms (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and experience navigating AI platforms to support proposal development for a large, multi-office Oil & Gas Engineering Firm (Keystone Engineering, Inc.). The ideal candidate will help coordinate and produce high-quality proposals, manage content libraries, support schedule tracking, and assist with proposal strategy. This is a remote role with occasional travel required

• Coordinate and manage proposal development efforts from kickoff through submission.
• Prepare and format proposal documents using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Develop and edit proposal content with attention to clarity, accuracy, and responsiveness to client requirements.
• Generate and manipulate proposal data, tables, and summaries in Microsoft Excel.
• Create compelling presentation materials in PowerPoint.
• Support content management for proposal libraries and past performance databases.
• Collaborate with technical and business teams to gather inputs and ensure timely delivery.
• Utilize AI platforms to improve proposal quality, consistency, and efficiency.
• Track proposal schedules and deadlines.
• Assist with post-submission debriefs and lessons-learned documentation.

• B.S. in Business, Marketing, or related degree.
• 3-5+ years of professional working experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office:
  Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Experience using AI platforms for content generation, research, or productivity.
• Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-starter with a collaborative team approach.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.
• Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the U.S. for any employer.
