Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Service Now HR Service Delivery (HRSD) / Business Execution Consultant to support highly complex business and technical initiatives.
The ideal candidate will bring strong experience with Service Now HRSD, along with expertise in Business Execution, Implementation, Strategic Planning, and cross-functional program delivery. This role will work closely with business and technical stakeholders to develop solutions for complex challenges and drive strategic initiatives from planning through execution.
Key Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to strategize, plan, and execute a variety of programs, services, and initiatives.
• Drive accountability for assigned initiatives while minimizing risk exposure and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency.
• Review strategic approaches and evaluate the effectiveness of support functions and business performance.
• Conduct assessments through fact-finding and data analysis, using creative approaches to solve complex business challenges.
• Develop appropriate solutions, recommendations, and implementation plans.
• Make decisions in highly complex and multifaceted situations requiring a strong understanding of the functional area and business processes.
• Facilitate decision-making and issue resolution while supporting implementation of developed solutions and plans.
• Collaborate with Business Execution team members and team leaders to drive strategic initiatives.
• Provide guidance and influence less-experienced Strategy and Execution team members.
• Consult with senior leadership and business stakeholders on complex business and technical needs.
• Support initiatives requiring long‑term planning, innovation, advanced analytical thinking, and strategic vision.
