This job is responsible for managing the end-to-end product life cycle, including conducting market research and competitor analyses, determining product pricing, developing short and long‑term strategies, identifying innovative opportunities to modernize product offerings and deliver a more unified customer experience, and adhering to the Product Risk Management policy.
Job expectations may include ensuring that product management efforts are integrated with sales, marketing, operations, implementation, and customer service strategies.
The Consumer Deposits Strategy & Performance Management team serves as a strategic partner to Consumer Deposits leadership, helping shape business strategy, drive performance outcomes, and identify opportunities for growth across our deposit portfolio. The team works across Product, Digital, Marketing, Channels, Fraud, Operations, Finance, Risk, and other key partners to advance strategic priorities, support business decision‑making, and optimize client and business outcomes.
We are seeking a highly motivated Product Manager to help drive the strategic management of our Consumer Deposits business. This individual will play a key role in supporting business performance routines, identifying growth opportunities, facilitating strategic initiatives, and developing executive communications that help leaders make informed decisions. It is a highly collaborative role that requires strong strategic thinking, exceptional communication and storytelling abilities, and the capacity to influence across a broad network of stakeholders.
The ideal candidate is intellectually curious, business‑oriented, and able to connect ideas across products, channels, clients, and organizational priorities to help drive growth and improve business outcomes.
