The Collabo Rise Director is responsible for setting and leading the strategic direction for Contexture’s Collabo Rise convening, collaboration, and facilitation efforts with participants, partners, community-based organizations, payers, providers, government entities, and other stakeholders. This role provides director-level leadership for the design, governance, execution, and continuous improvement of Collabo Rise as a signature engagement strategy. The Director serves as a senior relationship and facilitation leader, building trust with executive and community stakeholders, aligning diverse interests around shared priorities, and translating partner insight into actionable strategies that strengthen participant experience, service value, retention, growth, and community impact.

This position is based in Denver Colorado; or Grand Junction, Colorado and requires local residency in one of these base locations. Our strategic flexibility allows for local work from home opportunities.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

• Collabo Rise Strategy, Governance & Leadership.
• Inform and Create the strategic direction, annual priorities, and engagement roadmap for Collabo Rise in alignment with organizational goals and Growth and Engagement department objectives.
• Provide director-level leadership for Collabo Rise governance, partner participation models, decision-making structures, facilitation standards, and measures of success.
• Advise executive leadership on Collabo Rise partner insights, strategic opportunities, risks, market needs, and relationship trends that may affect organizational growth and impact.
• Lead the design and evolution of Collabo Rise as a scalable, high-value convening and collaboration platform for participants, partners, community and, internal Contexture stakeholders.
• Lead high-value convenings, executive round tables, listening sessions, workshops, advisory discussions, and strategic engagement events.
• Serve as a senior facilitator for complex, cross-sector conversations involving payers, providers, community-based organizations, government entities, and other strategic partners.
• Create inclusive, outcomes-oriented meeting structures that elevate partner voice, surface shared priorities, support decision-making, and move groups toward aligned action.
• Cultivate and steward senior-level relationships with Collabo Rise partners, prospective participants, and strategic stakeholders to advance engagement, retention, growth and long-term collaboration.
• Develop facilitation approaches, engagement frameworks, discussion guides, decision processes, and follow-up structures that support effective collaboration across diverse stakeholder groups.
• Guide groups through complex issues, competing priorities, and opportunities for shared action while maintaining neutrality, clarity, trust, and momentum.
• Influence partners and internal teams toward practical solutions, service enhancements, and shared commitments based on partner feedback, community priorities, and organizational strategy.
• Build, maintain, and expand trust-based relationships with participants, partners, executive stakeholders, and community leaders.
• Proactively identify partnership opportunities, emerging needs, and strategic engagement pathways that support Collabo Rise growth and organizational value.
• Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, networking opportunities, partner meetings, and strategic forums as assigned.
• Synthesize partner feedback into strategic themes, actionable recommendations, service enhancement opportunities, and leadership-level insights.
• Monitor and analyze industry trends, market opportunities, participant needs, and the competitive landscape to inform Collabo Rise strategy and organizational planning.
