The Arizona Department of Administration seeks a Program Specialist to coordinate complex business operations for the General Services Division in Phoenix. The role manages financial and budget administration using AZ360, oversees interagency agreements and tenant improvement databases, processes vendor requisitions and invoices, and serves as a liaison to external stakeholders and internal leadership. The position offers hybrid remote work options and requires strong financial analysis, procurement, and administrative coordination skills.
Keyqualifications:
- Knowledge of governmental accounting, budgeting principles, and State Procurement Code
- Proficiency with AZ360 financial system, Arizona Procurement Portal (APP), and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to analyze financial data and manage complex financial transactions including fund transfers and budget adjustments
- Strong interpersonal communication and ability to work independently or in a team environment
- Preferred:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Public Administration, or related field - Valid Arizona driver's license and passing background check required
