Job Description:
This position will support our Customer Experience team as a Summer Intern from May 2027 – August 2027 and will be based in Nashville, TN. This is a paid, full- time internship.
In this position you will have the opportunity to:- Develop and maintain relationships with customer base through frequent contact and efficient problem resolution
- Learn order entry skills while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
- Work with account management team to gain exposure to demand forecasting and account growth
- Collaborate with supporting business functions such as marketing, manufacturing, supply chain and logistics, to ensure business goals are met
- Connect and grow your skills in a dynamic, engaging environment
- Work alongside and be coached by members of your team
Professional Development Opportunities:
- Collaboratively work with key stakeholders on a real-world problems facing LP
- Presentations to key LP leaders and management
- Peer mentor assignments and team events
- 1x1 Meetings with Executives, VP’s, Directors, Managers
- Familiarity with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, Tableau and Power BI
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
- Strong organizational skills
- Interpersonal and communication skills
- Time management skills
- SAP experience optional
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program, preferably in Business/Data Analytics
- This position will work at home and in our Nashville office on a hybrid schedule.
