Remote Product Manager - Healthcare Insurance

Job Description

We are seeking a strategic Product Manager to lead product vision, roadmap development, and execution for enterprise healthcare technology solutions. This individual will collaborate with executive stakeholders, engineering teams, and business leaders to identify opportunities, define product strategy, and deliver innovative solutions that drive growth, operational efficiencies, and customer value.

• Define and execute product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business objectives.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer discovery to identify product opportunities.
• Partner with executives, stakeholders, and technology teams to align priorities and drive execution.
• Lead cross-functional teams through product planning, development, launch, and optimization.
• Drive product innovation, modernization, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Establish product KPIs, reporting, and success measurement frameworks.
• Mentor Product Owners and junior product professionals while promoting product management best practices.

• 7+ years of Product Management experience – most recent 2 years must be in healthcare
• Recently supported front end web applications
• Experience leading AI, machine learning, intelligent automation, or digital modernization programs.
• Proven experience creating and executing product strategies and roadmaps.
• Strong background in Agile delivery and enterprise software development.
• Experience leading large-scale digital transformation initiatives.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to balance customer needs, business priorities, and technical constraints.
• Healthcare technology, payer, PBM, Medicare, or Medicaid experience
• SAFe Product Manager/Product Owner certification preferred.
