Business Oregon, the state’s economic development agency, is currently hiring an
** Infrastructure Program Coordinator (Program Analyst
3).

Business Oregon is looking for a collaborative, solutions-focused Program Coordinator to help manage and strengthen state and federal infrastructure funding programs. In this role, you’ll work across programs that support the infrastructure needed for housing, water and wastewater systems, drinking water protection, and other critical community needs.

You’ll have the opportunity to shape program implementation, develop practical solutions, build strong partnerships, and help ensure public investments achieve meaningful results for Oregon communities. The work is varied and collaborative, with opportunities to apply your judgment, strengthen program practices, and contribute to how Business Oregon delivers infrastructure resources across the state.

** Here’s what you will do:*
* * Manage the day-to-day administration and implementation of assigned state and federal infrastructure funding programs.
* Interpret and apply statutes, administrative rules, policies, regulations, and funding requirements to program and project activities.
* Manage application and funding processes, including eligibility review, project readiness, awards, agreements, monitoring, reporting, and closeout.
* Develop and maintain program procedures, guidance, forms, checklists, handbooks, tracking systems, and other tools that support consistent program delivery.
* Evaluate program operations and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, compliance, accessibility, customer experience, and service delivery.
* Analyze program, project, and financial data to monitor performance, identify trends and issues, and develop recommendations for improvement.
* Provide technical assistance, guidance, and training to Regional Project Managers and other internal partners on program requirements and processes.
* Build and maintain collaborative relationships with internal teams, state and federal agencies, local and Tribal governments, utilities, community organizations, and other infrastructure partners.
