Product Manager

Location:

Kissimmee, Florida Job Type: Contract Compensation Range: $70 - 76 per hour

As a Product Manager supporting our public access and guest experience platforms (including public beach access and community management systems), you will drive end-to-end strategy, vendor integration, and delivery of digital products that power seamlessly curated consumer experiences.

We are seeking an entrepreneurial, detail-oriented Product Manager who excels in fast-paced, matrixed environments and brings proven expertise in managing the full SDLC, evaluating third-party vendor platforms, and negotiating cross-functional alignment.

Responsibilities:

End-to-End Product Ownership:
Translate business requirements into high-quality technical artifacts (epics, user stories, acceptance criteria) and manage backlogs for both internal and vendor engineering teams.

Vendor Strategy & Implementation:
Lead the evaluation of vendor solutions, develop RFIs/RFPs, and manage the technical integration and launch of third-party software.

Cross-Functional Leadership:
Partner with Legal, Finance, Creative, and Tech teams to define product strategy, maintain roadmaps, and negotiate through blockers.

Quality & Sustainment:
Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and defect triage; support go-to-market activities, training, and ongoing maintenance to ensure 100% uptime of the digital experience.

Market & Data Insight:
Stay ahead of market trends and emerging technologies (including AI) to provide strategic recommendations that drive business value and meet KPIs.

Qualifications:

4+ Years of Product Management

Experience:

Hands-on experience driving full lifecycle product development (Agile/SDLC), translating complex requirements into backlog items, and managing engineering work in Jira/Confluence.

Third-Party Vendor Software

Experience:

Demonstrated ability evaluating, integrating, and maintaining third-party software solutions, including crafting RFIs/RFPs and vendor management.

Matrixed Stakeholder Alignment:
Proven track record of influencing decisions and resolving blockers across complex corporate environments (Legal, Finance, Creative, Sales, Tech).Analytical & Strategic Mindset:
Strong ability to connect market trends and technical architecture directly to measurable business value.

Communication

Skills:

Clear, articulate communicator across all mediums (executive presentations, technical specs, cross-team briefings).
