About the Role:

Business Analyst and program delivery professional responsible for supporting BSA/AML initiatives through requirements gathering, project coordination, intake and prioritization, reporting, quarterly planning, roadmap reviews, and delivery tracking. This role will create and maintain a board, develop reporting and dashboards, and provide visibility into project status, risks, dependencies, testing activities, and key deliverables.

What You Will Do:

• Maintain and manage an Azure Dev Ops (ADO) board to track project status, deliverables, dependencies, risks, testing activities, and overall progress.
• Partner with business and technology teams to gather requirements, document processes, translate business needs into actionable work items, and support project delivery.
• Assist in managing intake and prioritization activities, partnering with stakeholders to assess business needs, define scope, identify dependencies, and align work with program priorities and delivery timelines.
• Coordinate project activities across multiple teams, including timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, estimates, and testing efforts.
• Facilitate quarterly planning sessions and roadmap reviews to align priorities, identify dependencies, support capacity planning, and forecast delivery timelines.
• Develop and maintain project reporting, dashboards, and management updates, leveraging reporting tools to provide leadership visibility into progress, risks, dependencies, milestones, testing status, and key performance indicators.
• Support continuous improvement and program execution by enhancing processes, reporting, communication, and delivery effectiveness.

What You Will Need:

Required Qualifications

• Business Analyst experience, including requirements gathering, process documentation, and stakeholder management.
• Experience managing a cross-functional intake and prioritization process.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional projects or programs.
• Hands-on experience with Azure Dev Ops (ADO) and project tracking tools.
• Experience with Power BI, reporting, and dashboard development.
• Experience facilitating quarterly planning and roadmap review discussions.
• Experience with executive reporting, forecasting, and capacity planning.
• Strong communication, organization, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Jira or similar project management platforms.
• Experience in financial services, banking, fintech, or other regulated environments.
• Familiarity with BSA/AML programs and processes.

Salary range: $72,000 – $120,000
