We're looking for an experienced DC Plan Administrator to join a collaborative and growing retirement consulting team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys managing retirement plans from start to finish while working remotely in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

• Administer 401(k), 403(b), and profit-sharing plans.
• Perform compliance testing (ADP/ACP, Top Heavy, 402(g)).
• Prepare and review Form 5500 filings.
• Calculate employer contributions and vesting.
• Serve as the primary contact for clients and participants.
• Ensure compliance with ERISA, IRS, and DOL regulations.

• 2+ years of defined contribution plan administration experience.
• Strong knowledge of retirement plan compliance.
• Experience with Form 5500s and annual testing.
• FTW experience preferred, not required; QKA designation is a plus.
