This role will be responsible for invoicing for all Rental Products (Security Fencing, Portable Sanitation, Traffic
Control Products) and will be supporting a specific geography, sales team and their customer base. Upon customer
request, the role will also be responsible for auditing long term rental engagements to ensure invoicing accuracy
and customer requests.
- Generate and deliver accurate invoices across multiple channels.
- Prepare AIA billings, weekly sales reports, and conduct billing audits.
- Engage with customer invoicing inquiries and support accounting functions.
- Use various software applications, including general ledger software (Route Optix preferred).

- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
- 2-4 years of accounting experience in the construction industry
- Friendly, helpful attitude.
- Must have outstanding MS Office skills (Email, Word, Excel, etc..)
- Proficient use of general ledger software (Route Optix a plus)
- Must possess excellent communication skills and the ability to work with a team in multiple locations.
- Must possess the ability to prioritize a multitude of tasks.
- Excellent organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, attention to details and accuracy, ability to multi-task
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and Outlook).
- Typical work hours are Monday-Friday 7:00am-4:00pm.
- Business casual dress attire.
- Ability to use a computer approximately 6-8 hours per day.
- Ability to perform with frequent interruptions and/or distractions.
- Ability to perform effectively under conditions of fluctuating workload.
- Ability to use telephone and email to communicate.
- Ability to work at a desk approximately 6-8 hours per day.
- Must have the ability to bend, stoop and frequently lift approximately 15lbs.
- Some local travel required
- Hybrid work environment (scheduled work from home and office) may be available following 90 day orientation period requiring dedicated office space with limited interruptions, high speed internet capable of video meetings, uploading and downloading documents, and telephone access.
- Must be able to work in physical office as required.
- Competitive hourly pay of $20-24 per hour, commensurate with experience.
