What Your Job Will Be Like:

We are seeking a Production Planning Controls Specialist to join our dynamic team.

On any given day, you may be called on to:

Work with the equipment lifecycle team, production teams, and development staff to maintain up-to-date metrics and data to support risk assessments and investment plans.

Team with production floors, technical staff, project leads, and management to assess demand and make recommendations for equipment data and capacity needs.

Conduct risk assessments using established algorithms, continuously monitor changes to the factory and update inputs according to current and planned system needs.

Generate fiscal plans, presentations, and reports customized to various stakeholders to illustrate equipment and asset data, strategies, and execution plans.

Work across multiple missions areas to parse and curate information, collaborate on business operations improvement and process optimization. Support standardization across business groups.

Assist in developing and executing annual reporting.

Participate in inventory and conditions assessments.

Due to the nature of work, successful candidate must be able to work onsite.

Salary Range:

$87,400 - $168,800

* Salary range is estimated, and actual salary will be determined after consideration of the selected candidate's experience and qualifications, and application of any approved geographic salary differential.

Qualifications We Require:

A Bachelor's degree plus 5 years of relevant experience OR an equivalent combination of education and experience

Ability to obtain a Department of Energy Q-level clearance

Qualifications We Desire:

Master of Business Administration OR an advanced technical degree in a discipline relevant to the organization.

Knowledge and expertise in manufacturing operations and asset management.

Experience with Oracle E-business Suite, Confluence, Word Press, Power BI, Service Now, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Power Point

Ability to effectively communicate (oral and written) across organizational boundaries with both technical staff and management.

Demonstrated ability to successfully manage and complete competing programs and projects.

Demonstrated ability to support multidisciplinary teams.

Ability to organize, prioritize, and execute in a dynamic, high-pressure, schedule driven environment.

Ability to work as part of a team.
