We are seeking a polished, business-professional Corporate Lifestyle & Operations Coordinator to support a leading technology industry client in North Dallas. This dynamic, fully onsite role functions like an elite executive assistant mixed with high-end retail service.
If you are a resourceful professional who excels at high-level business writing, complex lifestyle research, basic travel/transportation coordination, and internal team communications, this is the perfect opportunity. We are looking for someone with strong business acumen, a professional demeanor, and a background in premium retail or corporate support.
Key Responsibilities- Professional Business Writing:
Draft, proofread, and distribute polished, employee-facing communications, monthly newsletters, and digital flyers using a consistent and sophisticated brand voice. - Lifestyle Research & Problem Solving:
Act as a resourceful project manager for employee and executive requests. Research and vet reliable third-party service providers (e.g., home contractors, specialty services, unique event spaces). - Travel & Coordination Support:
Plan, research, and book local transportation, dining arrangements, and straightforward travel itineraries for teams and VIP guests. - Event & Project Planning:
Assist in coordinating onsite employee experience initiatives, holiday programs, and corporate milestone celebrations. - Vendor & Material Management:
Source, negotiate with, and monitor local vendors. Handle personal shopping requests and gift presentation/wrapping for corporate initiatives. - Workplace Communications:
Utilize tools like Canva to create visually appealing internal marketing collateral, flyers, and digital signage to drive program engagement.
- Professional
Experience:
2+ years of experience in business administration, luxury/premium retail sales, corporate hospitality, or as an executive assistant. - Elite Communication
Skills:
Exceptional written English with a mastery of business email etiquette, grammar, and proofreading. - Resourcefulness & Research:
Proven ability to navigate search tools to solve unique requests, vet external service businesses, and map out logistics. - Tech Savvy:
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel) and basic design capabilities in Canva. Experience with CRMs or Airtable is a plus. - Demeanor:
Polished, professional presentation with the ability to maintain absolute confidentiality and navigate a fast-paced corporate environment.
