In this role the product belongs to the client, but its success is yours. Our clients hire us for judgement, not just extra hands, and you are the person they rely on for it. You learn what they are trying to build and why, bring them options with a recommendation, and turn the client’s decision into a roadmap and a plan the team can deliver.

You lead the team that ships it and resolve most questions inside the team yourself. And you do it as part of a friendly team of product managers who learn from each other’s projects, share what works, and enjoy each other’s company.

• Run discovery with the client: define the vision, success metrics and a scope that can ship in phases, including where AI belongs in the product and where it does not.
• Gather requirements from the client and stakeholders, and translate them into clear, actionable user journeys, PRDs, integration specs and acceptance criteria that engineers can build from without guessing.
• Build and maintain the roadmap, with estimates you can defend and early warning when a date is moving.
• Run delivery: backlog, sprint planning and releases.
• Lead the team day to day, unblocking people and resolving disagreements inside the team.
• Work closely with account managers to keep client relationships healthy.
• Maintain clear project documentation, including key decisions, assumptions and scope changes, that the team and the client can rely on.

• 3+ years of experience owning products or delivery end to end, from discovery to launch, as a product manager, product owner or delivery manager.
• 5+ years in the tech industry. Earlier experience as a developer, QA engineer, business analyst or designer counts.
• Experience taking a product from zero to launch, without an existing specification or backlog.
• Strong technical fluency: comfortable discussing system design trade-offs, performance and security requirements, how AI features are evaluated, and third-party integrations with engineers and architects.
• Fluent spoken and written English: you can run a client workshop, write a proposal and hold a difficult conversation.
• Daily use of AI tools in your own work, with a clear view of where they help and where they add risk.
• Comfortable with ambiguity, and proactive about raising risks before they become delivery problems.

• Experience scoping or shipping AI-enabled products or features.
• Experience in healthcare, such as clinical workflows, EMR systems or HIPAA-equivalent frameworks.
• Experience with payments or booking platforms, such as billing, subscriptions, reconciliation or scheduling.
• Experience migrating live users or data off an existing platform.
