Our Senior Living Risk Management Team supports organizations that provide care and services to senior living communities. By joining us, you’ll play a vital role in helping senior living providers create safer environments, prevent harm, and strengthen trust. Your expertise will empower these communities to fulfill their mission while safeguarding those they serve.
This is a remote position with occasional travel. Qualified candidates will reside near a metropolitan airport.
- Conduct clinical risk assessmentss for Senior Living accounts, focusing on professional liability and abuse exposures.
- Evaluate and consult on client's controls, policies and procedures to strengthen abuse prevention and mitigate liability.
- Develop Senior Liviing resouces such as leadership articles, training modules and administrator checklists.
- Partner with underwriting, agents, and clients to deliver customized risk management solutions that align with organizational goals.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, leveraging your expertise to improve safety, accountability, and operational resilience.
Experience in Senior Living Communities. Strong knowledge of professional liability and abuse risk exposures, including prevention strategies and control measures. Strong regulatory and survey knowledge. Exceptional relationship-building, consulting, and communication skills. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. Proficiency with technology and tools for risk assessment and reporting.
Preferred QualificationsLicensed RN, LPN/LVN, or comparable clinical professional with direct senior living or skilled nursing experience. Professional certifications such as MLIS, ARM, or ASHRM are highly desirable.
