We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to drive strategic cross‑functional initiatives vital to Anthropic's growth. This collaborative leader will partner across the organization to scope new programs, facilitate operational planning, and execute project work.

• Engage with leaders in Strategy, Operations, Go‑to‑Market, Product, and more to understand priorities and align on solutions.
• Develop integrated program plans by synthesizing input from diverse stakeholders.
• Build consensus and manage timelines across functions to deliver on strategic goals.
• Apply excellent project management discipline to drive complex, ambiguous programs to completion.
• Analyze performance and iterate processes with an eye toward continuous improvement.
• Clearly communicate progress, risks, and opportunities to executive audiences.

• 7+ years of professional experience in strategic program/project management.
• Track record managing business‑critical, cross‑functional initiatives in technology or high‑growth environments.
• Skilled at navigating organizational complexity, building relationships, and influencing without authority.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to distill complex ideas for diverse audiences at all levels.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and organizational abilities.
• Passionate about Anthropic's mission of developing steerable and beneficial AI systems.

The expected salary range for this position is $200k–$240k.

Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in our office at least 25% of the time.

Anthropic’s compensation package consists of salary, equity, and benefits. We are committed to pay fairness and aim for these three elements collectively to be highly competitive with market rates.

  On top of salary, equity will be a major component of the total compensation. Higher‑than‑average equity compensation is offered by a company of our size, with amounts communicated at the time of offer issuance.
