The Senior Business Operations Specialist is an advanced subject matter expert who serves as a liaison for the Investment Teams, Finance, Sourcing and Procurement, as well as the COO functions. The Senior Business Operations Specialist assesses budgets, identifies opportunities for improvement, and supports the development of efficient and cost-effective operational solutions.

• Serves as the liaison between the Business and Finance to support investment management and the deployment of various investment vehicles (REIT, DEVCO, JVs at various percentage of ownership, GWT plans).
• Interprets business case scenarios and provides collected data on inputs.
• Assists with the implementation of new processes, policies and procedures within our business areas.
• Identify ways to improve stakeholder experiences.
• In collaboration with Finance, manage budget creation, monthly budget vs actuals, finance related questions.
• Tracks and reports on business operational and financial performance across business areas.
• Understands policy and procedures which drive business outcomes.
• Drives increased data quality and solve challenging business goals.
• Perform any other related task as required.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration or a related field.

• Advanced professional experience in business operations management, including investment management, and a strong background across all aspects.
• 5+ years of experience managing budgets and forecasts, year-end accruals, project savings tracking, and vendor contracts.
• An understanding of Operations 3rd party contracts, staffing models, and their respective costs.
• Professional experience dealing with internal and external stakeholders.
