Data Analyst
What you’ll do:
- Analyze, interpret, and visualize research findings about our clients' audiences, subscribers, users, and prospects.
- Lead assigned projects across their full life cycles on turnkey and straightforward studies, while contributing to more complex, custom projects.
- Work hands-on with survey programming platforms (e.g., Qualtrics, Decipher, or similar), including testing logic, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring data integrity.
- Oversee data cleaning, manipulation, and validation, delivering analysis-ready datasets.
- Coordinate with sample and field vendors, including sending field updates, monitoring performance, and diagnosing issues during data collection.
- Manage multiple projects efficiently: writing questionnaires, designing reports, coordinating with vendors, and updating Latitude benchmarks/norms.
- Identify areas for improvement in project workflows, methodologies, or deliverables and proactively share those observations with the team.
- Edit media in Premiere Pro or Quick Time (we'll provide training if needed).
- Contribute to Latitude initiatives like knowledge sharing, developing best practices, growing core competencies across teams, and fostering collaborative autonomy.
- A four-year degree in the social sciences and a minimum of 3 years of experience as a quantitative analyst in the market research field.
- High level of competency in Excel, Google Suite, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with statistical analysis, R or similar software packages, and data management.
A strong facility with quantitative reasoning and experience across multiple elements of the primary research process (design, fieldwork/logistics, and analysis). - Competency in AI tools and incorporating them into your workflows
- A strong interest in media research audience intelligence, advertising effectiveness, programming strategy, multi-screen strategy, etc.
- Experience working with media, entertainment, or agency clients.
- Familiarity with audience research, video testing, or ad effectiveness tools.
