Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented Entry-Level Business Analyst to join our growing team. In this role, you will analyze business processes, gather requirements, and work with cross-functional teams to help improve efficiency and business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, document, and analyze project requirements from business partners.
- Analyze workflow processes and business data to identify areas for improvement.
- Create clear process maps, user stories, standard operating procedures, and reports.
- Assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business needs.
- Serve as a bridge between business units and technical teams.
Position Requirements
Bachelor
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and comfort working with numbers and process flows.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills to interact with various stakeholders.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Exposure to SQL or data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
- High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a willingness to learn.
