The Finance Business Partner will serve as the primary strategic finance lead supporting the Go-To-Market (GTM) organization, including Sales, Marketing, Rev Ops, and Customer-facing teams. This role goes beyond reporting — it acts as a trusted advisor, translating data into actionable insights that shape revenue strategy, optimize investment decisions, and drive profitable growth. Success in this role requires strong cross-functional partnership, commercial acumen, and the ability to influence senior leaders through clear storytelling and data-backed recommendations.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, anticipates challenges, and proactively identifies opportunities to improve performance across the revenue engine.

Lead the annual financial and strategic planning process for Revenue Cycle Management, partnering directly with RCM leadership to align financial plans with business priorities and operating goals. Serve as the strategic finance advisor to RCM leadership, providing financial insight, challenge, and recommendations to support business decisions. Lead analyses and projects that provide new insights into RCM performance and strengthen strategic and operational decision-making.
