Operations Strategy Associate; Fully Remote

• This is a generalist role for an 'all-around athlete' who can handle diverse problems and is eager to flex into various responsibilities.
• You will work within one of our Operations teams, with projects that are high-impact and directly affect customers, product, and business.

• Redesign processes like converting customers from checks to eCheck to speed up cash conversion.
• Research and onboard AI agents for customer-facing efforts, and build predictive analytics to catch bad payers.
• Lead quality task forces, manage teams of agents, and handle workflows including customer interactions.

• We value insatiable curiosity, first-principles thinking, and going to the source to find truth.
• We look for tenacity and persistence, bouncing back from failures quickly, and continuously learning.
• No experience is required; compensation and placement depend on performance and experience.

• We are remote-first, offering flexibility, and a fast-paced startup environment that values curiosity and independence.
• Our hiring process rewards skills over credentials, and you'll have the opportunity to make a significant impact on both sides of the marketplace.
