- Drive strategic PE engagements to accelerate cyber resiliency and mitigate risk.
- Serve as primary PE contact for value selling and deal structuring.
What you'll do:
- Manage PE relationships, execute go-to-market plans, and QBRs.
- Originate pipeline and collaborate with account teams on transformation.
- Lead commercial negotiations for PE transactions.
What we need:
- PE, consulting, or investment banking experience.
- Deep PE/LBO knowledge and metrics: IRR, ROI, EBITDA.
- Cybersecurity and AI/ML foundation; autonomous.
