PMO & Portfolio Analyst; Fully Remote

• PMO & Portfolio Analyst is at the operational core of the Brands Services program management office.
• You will administer intake, maintain the portfolio system of record, and produce reporting for leadership decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage initiative intake, triage packets, and decision logs.
• Build portfolio reporting layers and executive-ready KPI analysis.
• Track dependencies, risks, and issues, escalating when milestones are at risk.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years in program coordination, PMO operations, or business operations.
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and project tools like Jira or Asana.
• Experience using AI tools to accelerate outcomes and improve reporting.
• Competitive base pay range of $65,000-$95,000 with discretionary bonus.
