Client Success Manager; Fully Remote

• Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for a portfolio of health plan clients, ensuring program success.
• Partner with Account Executives to drive retention and growth, and lead client check-ins and business reviews.

• Execute account management standards, respond to client issues, and track action items.
• Coordinate with internal teams on implementation and ongoing requirements.
• Develop account strategies, analyze data, and prepare client-facing reporting.
• Lead marketing campaign delivery to drive member engagement and report outcomes.

• Monitor key metrics like enrollment and utilization, and address performance gaps.
• Escalate at-risk accounts to leadership and support business review preparation.
