Client Services Manager; Fully Remote

• Serve as the primary client contact and trusted advisor for client operational representatives.
• Collaborate with the Go-To-Market team on client strategic plans and lead tactical execution.
• Monitor program performance, analyze reports, and provide insights on trends for client consumption.

• Bachelor's degree or higher, or equivalent experience, with healthcare background.
• 4+ years of client relationship management or consulting in healthcare settings.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite and excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Competitive salary range of $82,000 to $111,000 per year.
