Senior Inbound Product Manager, CRM Voice AI

Role overview

This position leads inbound product management for a CRM Voice AI offering, shaping the strategy, roadmap, and execution of voice-enabled customer relationship capabilities. The role sits within a Product organization and is structured as a professional-level, senior individual contributor position based in the North America region. It combines internal product ownership with cross-functional collaboration to translate customer needs into shipped product direction.

• Define and own the product roadmap for CRM Voice AI capabilities, prioritizing work that improves customer engagement and agent productivity
• Partner with engineering, design, and adjacent product teams to deliver voice AI features within a broader CRM platform
• Gather and synthesize customer feedback, market signals, and competitive intelligence into clear product decisions
• Collaborate with go-to-market counterparts on positioning, launch readiness, and enablement
• Author product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria that translate customer problems into actionable specifications
• Track adoption, usage, and outcome metrics after release to inform iteration

• Several years of product management experience with progression to a senior level
• Background in CRM, customer experience, contact center, or voice/AI products
• Demonstrated ability to set product strategy and execute against a multi-quarter roadmap
• Experience partnering closely with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams in a cross-functional setting
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for both technical and business audiences
• Comfortable working in a flexible or remote arrangement with distributed teammates

• Familiarity with conversational AI, natural language processing, or speech recognition concepts
• Experience shipping features inside a SaaS or platform product
