Own onboarding and expansion across the Huble customer base. You'll work directly with agencies, consultancies, and engineering teams from day one of their trial through their second year.

• Own onboarding for new Team and Business customers
• Run quarterly business reviews with the top 40 accounts
• Lead the customer-advisory board (8-12 customers, quarterly meetings)
• Sit in the engineering Friday demo so handoffs to product are frictionless
• Build the playbook for the next 2 hires on the CS team

• 5+ years in CS, account management, or onboarding at a SaaS company
• Have run a CS function (even of
  1) end-to-end
• Comfortable in spreadsheets and the product UI - you can run your own Q  data pulls
• Strong written communication - most customer touchpoints are async
• Like building processes from scratch; the playbook here doesn't exist yet
