Offshore Administration, Reporting & Business Support Coordinator; Fully Remote

• The Offshore Administration, Reporting & Business Support Coordinator provides administrative, reporting, and analytical support across the business.
• The role supports executive, operations, supply chain, commercial, finance, and leadership teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Produce daily, weekly, and monthly operational and supply chain reports.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and KPI scorecards.
• Monitor shared inboxes, coordinate calendars, meetings, travel, and visitor management.

Skills & Experience:

• Advanced Excel, Power Query, Pivot Tables, and reporting automation.
• Strong Power BI skills including data modelling, DAX, and visualisation.
• Excellent organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Success Measures:

• Accurate and on-time delivery of daily, weekly, and monthly reporting.
• Effective Power BI dashboards and improved reporting automation.
• High quality administration and stakeholder support.
