Head of Product; Fully Remote

• Own the product roadmap across all product areas, balancing short-term delivery with long-term vision.
• Lead, mentor, and grow the PM team, establishing product craft, execution standards, and a culture of ownership.
• Partner with the CTO and founders to align product strategy with business goals and market opportunities.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of product management in B2B SaaS, with 4+ years leading a PM team.
• Proven track record of shipping products that drive measurable business outcomes.
• Deep experience with integrations, workflows, or enterprise platform products is strongly preferred.
