We are engaging Airtable Specialists to support a customer project focused on optimizing workflow automation and data management practices. You'll apply your hands-on Airtable expertise to complete realistic workflows and contribute high-quality interaction data that supports the development of next-generation AI systems.
Responsibilities- Complete and review realistic workflows within Airtable.
- Explore Airtable features and identify common real-world use cases.
- Create and manage bases, tables, views, fields, records, and relationships.
- Configure and work with Airtable automations, forms, interfaces, and integrations.
- Demonstrate how Airtable can support project management, product management, and business operations workflows.
- Identify efficient methods for organizing and managing information within Airtable.
- Document workflow steps clearly and accurately.
- Review workflows and instructions to ensure they reflect realistic Airtable usage.
- Provide feedback on workflow efficiency, organization, and usability.
- Strong hands-on experience using Airtable in a professional environment.
- Experience creating and managing Airtable bases, databases, and workflows.
- Familiarity with Airtable automations, views, forms, interfaces, and integrations.
- Experience using Airtable for product management, project management, business operations, or similar workflows.
- Strong understanding of workflow design, automation, and data organization.
- Ability to clearly explain processes and workflows.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable independently exploring Airtable features and completing practical tasks.
