DoiT is seeking a Senior Commercial Counsel to join the global legal team. This remote role can be based anywhere in the United States in EST or CST, primarily covering North America with support in EMEA and APAC as needed.
You will lead commercial negotiations, support channel partner activities (MSP, VAR, distribution, SI, etc.), and advise on go-to-market initiatives while effectively managing legal risks and collaborating with internal stakeholders across time zones.
