- Serve as the CEO's right hand on business, turning priorities into plans with owners and deadlines.
- Keep cross-functional work moving and provide key numbers, memory, and track record of decisions.
What You'll Own:
- The operating plan: translate company targets into a tracked plan with target actions, owners, deadlines, and follow-ups.
- Key numbers: go deep into commercial and operational data, challenge it, and bring suggestions.
- A leadership board: build and run one live view of projects across all functions.
What We're Looking For:
- Strong project and programme management with ability to drive parallel tracks to closure.
- Analytical depth in BI, spreadsheets, and P&L reading.
- Direct, structured communication and ability to reach leadership without formal authority.
International A2P SMS aggregator serving clients across Europe, CIS, and MENA. The team of 50 people operates at high velocity with constant change.
